Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Engineer (SAP) with a specialization in Supply Chain Management (SCM). As a System Engineer (SAP), you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SCM modules, with a specific focus on PP (Production Planning) and SD (Sales and Distribution). Your expertise in SAP SCM will play a vital role in streamlining our production management, sales & outbound delivery processes to support our automotive parts operations.
Responsibilities:
SAP SCM Operations and Maintenance:
- Lead operations and support for SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
- Ensure continuous maintenance and timely updates of SAP SCM Modules (PP/SD, etc.)
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support for SAP SCM-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system problems to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Supply Chain Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize Supply Chain processes (PP/SD) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain SCM modules to support business operations.
System Integration:
- Integrate SAP SCM with other SAP modules and financial systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across different systems.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SCM Modules and processes.
- Conduct training sessions for users to ensure proper utilization of SAP SCM.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SCM business processes and enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
Required Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP SD and/or PP module operations and functional support.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SAP SCM (PP/SD or MM) and other relevant SAP modules.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive part or manufacturing corporation.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Korean).
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- SAP certification in SCM or related modules.
